Damaged items

In the unfortunate event that any items in your order arrive damaged, we kindly request that you take immediate action to document the situation by photographing both the package and its contents. Please send these photos, along with any pertinent information, to our dedicated email address at info@tcdis.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been used or removed from their original packaging.
